The following policies were designed specifically to ensure a relaxing and pleasant experience for every guest. Thank you so much for honoring each other and the professional salon environment.
My intention is that you feel safe and comfortable at all times. I know that the mask mandate has been lifted and businesses are being encouraged to make their own decisions regarding masks and safety regulations. For that reason, I leave it up to you if you'd prefer that I wear a mask or not.
I assure you that I will be strictly following all safety and sanitation regulations that my professional license has always required to ensure your safety.
In order to limit the potential for contact, please come alone to your appointments.
I would appreciate as much self-regulating as possible. If you are feeling sick or may have been exposed to the Coronavirus, please let me know so I can get you rescheduled as soon as possible.
I totally understand that sometimes life happens and you need to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment. No worries, my online booking system is available to you 24 hours a day so you can reschedule the second you notice there is an issue. I just request that you do this at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that I book appointment slots specifically for you, and when it opens up without enough notice, I miss the opportunity to accommodate another client. In the event that you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee per service cancelled that will be due prior to booking a future appointment. I will, of course, do my best to work with you in the event of an unavoidable emergency.
If you're running late, please know that I will do my best to accommodate you, however if you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to alter or eliminate some services. If the lateness does not allow for any or all services to be rendered, the $25 rebooking fee per service will apply to reschedule.
Services Guarantee and Refunds
I am SO committed to, and guarantee, the highest level of satisfaction for my guests. I do not offer refunds for services rendered, however, if you are having any challenges with any services provided to you, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment and I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge. This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind, but still let me know and we will get you to where you want to go together!
Home Care Maintenance
Unfortunately, I'm not the one in your bathroom doing your hair everyday - wouldn't that be fantastic though?! - Because of this, it's up to you to #MaintainYourMane on the regular. I guarantee any and all color, cut, extension and retexturing services, as long as you are using professional home care maintenance and styling products recommended or approved by me.
Children in the Salon
I LOVE CHILDREN, trust me! Because I do, I ask that you please not bring your children or babies with you to your hair appointments. Not only is it distracting for you and other guests enjoying their experience -- and super not fun for the kids, let's be honest -- but we also wield sharp objects, hot tools and use chemicals that could hurt unsuspecting, curious little people.
